We only allow small dogs at the resort. We do have policies in place to make having dogs at the resort enjoyable for everyone. We reserve the right to disallow any breed for any reason. Larger dogs allowed on a case to case basis. A strict cleaning policy is put into place when dogs are allowed. A further $250 pet deposit is required and will not be refunded unless your cottage passes our very strict pet-cottage cleaning inspection. Hair left, wet dog smell in cottage, dog bathing and dogs on furniture will result in a zero refund on your pet deposit.
The policies are:
- $125/week or $ 20/day per dog/cat
- only 1 dog per cottage is allowed, unless management approves otherwise
- dogs must be leased at all times while being walked
- dogs must be tied up and not left to roam ( maximum 10 foot long lead )
- dogs must not be left alone in cottage
- owners must clean up after dog at all times (poop and scoop)
- dogs are not permitted on furniture
- dogs are not to be bathed in the cottage bath tub, lake only
- continuous barking is not permitted
- pets are not allowed inside pool area
- owners must supply their own bedding
- owners must clean cottage before departure (sweep and mop floors, vacuum furniture of hair etc)
