All Prices are in Canadian Funds & HST Applicable

Visa or MasterCard required for all reservations.

Additions to party size must be approved by management

Cottage: Check in 3 pm Check out 10 am

Accounts must be paid in full on arrival via: Visa, MC, Cash, Interac.

All deposits are held until your check out day and will be returned upon inspection of your cottage and boat rental for damage and cleanliness.

All guests must register with office to obtain keys.

Customer is liable for all loss and/or damage to rental equipment 

Rental, Deposit Terms and Conditions

  • A $250 deposit required on a credit card. If renting a boat a further $250 deposit is required. Boaters license is required. All deposits are Non- Refundable
  • Must be 21 years or older to rent
  • A “No Show” will result in the full balance including tax being applied to the Visa or Mastercard automatically. Definition of “A No Show”: cancelation of rental 30 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date”.
  • A $300 cancellation fee for notices of 31 – 60 days.
  • All reservations of 61 days or greater will lose their deposit

I understand that any excuse (by any circumstance, health, death or otherwise) will not be accepted and the above appropriate cancellation fee(s) will be levied upon the credit card given. I also agree not to cancel or change my credit card prior to cancellation or after a No Show. 

I have read and agree with above conditions. My giving of my credit card information is proof of my reading and acceptance of the aforementioned honorable policies and give West Nipissing Resort permission to apply any of the above cancellation fees that apply to my circumstance.
