Cottage 1 for Rent

Our 1 bedroom cottage has a nice lake view and is set apart from the other cottages. It provides more privacy than any other cottage at our resort. It is close to the road but separated by greenery and for the most part not an issue at all. Great for 2 – 3 people, but will accommodate as many as 4 people.

Cottage 1 has a Full Bath, Deck, BBQ, open kitchen, private fire pit and common area. Wifi available but not included. Can sign up for Wifi anytime.

Cottage 1 Rental Rates

Incredible value: $1050/week/2 people, $1150 (3 people)
Nightly rate: $200/night 2 night minimum, $250/single night, Monday-Thursday
Weekend rate $550 (Friday & Saturday Night)
Long Weekend Rate $700 (Fri, Sat & Sun nights)
Rental with Fishing Boat: $1750/week includes cottage and a PrinceCraft Holiday Deluxe Fishing Boat, $1000 damage deposit required
Rental with Pontoon Boat: $1950/week includes cottage and a 24 foot Pontoon Boat with a 50hp, 4 stroke Mercury Motor, sits up to 10 people, $1000 damage deposit required

Non-refundable Deposit Required

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation and $500 deposit if a boat is reserved. Under certain circumstances, the deposit can be moved forward to a future time for an equal stay. The deposit will be refunded upon a visual inspection of your cottage and boats cleanliness and damage.

Your cottage is to be as clean or cleaner upon your check out. We supply a vacuum, broom, and mop. If your cottage does not meet our cleanliness standards you will be made aware and given every opportunity to correct it before you receive your deposit refund. Discuss any concerns at the time of booking.

Please note, both, weekend and long weekend reservations can only be reserved 2 weeks or less out from booking dates. This applies to both July and August’s long weekends.
