Cottage 2 is located up on our bluff with an awesome birds eye view of the lake and marina. Not far from the pool. Deck, BBQ with Propane, Full Bathroom, Kitchen, couch and chairs in living area. Private Fire Pit (personal wood not permitted). Wifi available but not included. Can sign up for Wifi anytime.

Cottage 2 Rental Rates

Incredible value: $1250/week, up to 4 people included
Nightly rate: $250/night for 2 nights or more, $275/single night, Monday-Thursday
Weekend rate $699 (Friday & Saturday Night)
Long Weekend Rate $799 (Fri, Sat & Sun nights)
Rental with Fishing Boat: $1950/week includes cottage and a PrinceCraft Holiday Deluxe Fishing Boat, $1000 damage deposit required
Rental with Pontoon Boat: $2150/week includes cottage and a 24 foot Pontoon Boat with a 50hp, 4 stroke Mercury Motor, sits up to 10 people, $1000 damage deposit required
Above pricing is up to 4 people, add 10% for 5th person

Non-refundable deposit required

$250 Non refundable deposit required at time of reservation and a $500 deposit if a boat is reserved. Under certain circumstances deposit can be moved forward to a future time for an equal stay. The deposits will be refunded upon a visual inspection of your cottage and boat.

Your cottage is to be as clean or cleaner upon your check out. We supply a vacuum, broom and mop. if your cottage does not meet our cleanliness standards you will be made aware and given every opportunity to correct before you receive your deposit refund. Your boat rental will be inspected for damage and being left tidy. Discuss any concerns at time of booking.

Please note, both, weekend and long weekend reservations can only be reserved 2 weeks or less out from booking dates. This applies to both July and August’s long weekends.
