The deck is a walk around deck, providing views, from a birds eye view from all sides. The rear stairs take you down to your very own private firepit, providing amazing lake views with a starlit night sky. This cottage backs onto the pool for quick and easy access. Cottage Includes: Full Bathroom, Kitchen, couch and chairs in living area. BBQ with Propane, Private Fire Pit (personal wood not permitted). Wifi available but not included. Can sign up for Wifi anytime.

Cottage 5 Rental Rates

Incredible value: $1300 per week, up to 4 people included
Nightly rate: $250/night 2 nights or more, $275/single night, Monday-Thursday
Weekend rate $699 (Friday & Saturday Night)
Long Weekend Rate $799 (Fri, Sat & Sun nights)
Rental with Fishing Boat: $2000/week includes cottage and a PrinceCraft Holiday Deluxe Fishing Boat, $1000 damage deposit required
Rental with Pontoon Boat: $2200/week includes cottage and a 24 foot Pontoon Boat with a 50hp, 4 stroke Mercury Motor, sits up to 10 people, $1000 damage deposit required
Above pricing is for up to 4 people, 5th person add 10%

Non-refundable deposit is required

$250 Non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation, or $500 if a boat is rented as well. Under certain circumstances the deposit can be moved forward to a future time for an equal stay. The deposit will be refunded upon a visual inspection of your cottage and boats cleanliness and/or damage.

Your cottage is to be as clean or cleaner upon your check out. We supply a vacuum, broom and mop. if your cottage does the cleanliness standards you will be given every opportunity to correct to receive your deposit refund. Please discuss any concerns at time of booking.

Please note, both, weekend and long weekend reservations can only be reserved 2 weeks or less out from booking dates. This applies to both July and August’s long weekends.
