Incredible value: $1275 per week, up to 4 people included
Nightly rate: $250/night 2 nights or more, $275/single night, Monday-Thursday
Weekend rate $675 (Friday & Saturday Night)
Long Weekend Rate $775 (Fri, Sat & Sun nights)
Rental with Fishing Boat: $1975/week includes cottage and a PrinceCraft Holiday Deluxe Fishing Boat, $1000 damage deposit required
Rental with Pontoon Boat: $2175/week includes cottage and a 24 foot Pontoon Boat with a 50hp, 4 stroke Mercury Motor, sits up to 10 people, $1000 damage deposit required
Above pricing is up to 4 people, 5th person add 10%

Non-refundable deposit required

$250 Non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation and $500 deposit if boat is reserved. Under certain circumstances deposit can be moved forward to a future time for an equal stay. The deposit will be refunded upon a visual inspection of your cottage and boats cleanliness and/or damage.

Your cottage is to be as clean or cleaner upon your check out. We supply a vacuum, broom and mop. if your cottage does not meet our cleanliness standards you will be made aware and given every opportunity to correct before you receive your deposit refund. Discuss any concerns at time of booking.

Please note, both, weekend and long weekend reservations can only be reserved 2 weeks or less out from booking dates. This applies to both July and August’s long weekends.
